After moving back to San Diego and looking for something new to do, the pair turned toward entrepreneurship, and made the decision to open Mochichis in 2024.
At Mochichis, Beth and Jordan's gourmet creations stand out not only for their taste, but for their attention to detail and playful presentation. As SDSU alumni, the couple has deep roots in the Aztec community, and their journey to opening Mochichis reflects both their business savvy and their willingness to take a leap on a dream.
