Coming to Mission Valley in 2030! 

Merrill Gardens and San Diego State University have partnered to create a new senior living community in SDSU Mission Valley. Connected to the energy of SDSU, this community marks a new generation of senior living. 

Merrill Gardens, PMB, and Pillar Properties will develop a 250-apartment community with independent living, assisted living, and memory care services in an intergenerational, university-centric environment. More information about the partnership can be found here.
